Delete Your RoomRadar Account

You can delete your RoomRadar account and its associated personal data from this page. You do not need the app installed, and you do not need to reinstall it.

What gets deleted

• Your room photographs and your profile photograph (deleted from storage).
• Your profile record, including name, email link, and occupation.
• Your listings, together with their image records and amenity links.
• Rooms you saved, reviews you wrote, enquiries you sent, and reports you filed.
• Your business profiles and any premium listing records.
• Notifications addressed to you.

What may be kept

• Aggregated counts (for example, how many times a listing was viewed) with the link to your account removed, so they no longer identify you.
• Specific records that the law requires us to keep, and only for as long as that legal requirement applies.

We do not keep your personal data after deletion for marketing, profiling, or reactivation purposes.

How to request deletion

Send the request from the email address of the account. We verify that the request comes from the account holder before deleting anything, so we will never ask you for your password.

If you still have the app

Settings → Account → Delete Account. The result is identical; this page exists so that deletion is possible without the app.

Want a copy of your data first?

In the app: Settings → Account → Download My Data. Export before deleting, because afterwards the data is gone.

RoomRadar processes no rental payments, deposits, subscriptions, commissions, or escrow. Deleting your account does not cancel any agreement you made directly with a listing provider, and does not recover money you transferred to anyone outside RoomRadar.
